At La Maison Sophia, we take great pride in the quality of our products. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment for your satisfaction.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We have a 15 day return policy for qualifying items in-store and online.
EXCLUSIONS / ITEMS NOT QUALIFIED FOR RETURNS or EXCHANGES
custom orders, personalized, special order and sale priced items are all final sale. Brands: Olivia Riegel, Juliska, Eloquence, Gabby Home.
15% will be applied to all refunds and exchanges which will be deducted from the customers refund or exchange total.
Return 15 days from your invoice date to receive full refund in the form you paid for your items. Re-stocking fees apply to all purchases ordered online or specially ordered for you. Customized items are not refundable.
FURNITURE / FREIGHT DELIVERED ITEMS
We regret that we are not able to accept returns for any Freight Delivered items. Once you accept the items by the delivery company and have signed an delivery acceptance form the items are non-returnable to the La Maison Sophia. Any issues you may have with the item may be directly brought to the attention of the manufacturer or shipping company in case of damage during delivery. Please inspect your item for damages during shipping before signing to accept the item into your custody.

How do you make a return or exchange?
Return a qualifying item to our store within 15 days. We do not provide return labels. Unfortunately, any postage needed to send to our store will not be reimbursed. For an exchange, a new shipping cost will be applied for any item you want exchanged.
What do I need to make a return?
We need the corresponding invoice number to make a full refund to your credit card or paypal account.
What is your restocking fee?
For any items qualified for a return, we have a 15% restocking fee.
