Zentique is proud to provide products that give a chic antique look and feel. The look is purposely created to have a distressed look. Creating a distressed look can include but not limit to rusting, paint chipping, unfinished look, cracks, and air bubbles in glass vases. Please keep in mind that some may look more heavily distressed. This look was created intentionally to allow customers to have and own an antique piece of furniture without the years of aging and weathering.
All of Zentiques products are handcrafted and are not identical. The dimensions are all approximate and may vary per shipment. We recommend that all planning for installations should be done after physically receiving the product.
You may return qualifying items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

a 15% will be applied to all refunds and exchanges which will be deducted from the customers refund or exchange total.
Return 15 days from your invoice date to receive full refund in the form you paid for your items. Re-stocking fees apply to all purchases ordered online or specially ordered for you. Customized items are not refundable.
FURNITURE / FREIGHT DELIVERED ITEMS
We regret that we are not able to accept returns for any Freight Delivered items. Once you accept the items by the delivery company and have signed an delivery acceptance form the items are non-returnable to the Sophia Home Accents and Design. Any issues you may have with the item may be directly brought to the attention of the manufacturer or shipping company in case of damage during delivery.
Please inspect your item for damages during shipping before signing to accept the item into your custody.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead.
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within five to seven business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, please call Customer Service at (516) 200-5146, between the hours of 10AM–5PM (EST), Monday through Saturday.
